Youth Member Applications Now Being Accepted

Doylestown Township is currently accepting applications from Township residents ages 16–18 to serve as Youth Members on its volunteer Boards and Commissions.

Students who attend a Central Bucks School District high school, private school, or parochial high school and who have an interest in civic engagement, public service, or community leadership are encouraged to apply. This opportunity allows students to gain valuable experience while contributing to the Township’s decision-making process.

Youth members may serve on the following:

• Bike & Hike Committee
• Environmental Advisory Council
• Human Relations Commission
• Park & Recreation Board
• Telecommunications Advisory Board
• Veterans Advisory Committee

Application Requirements (Due March 11, 2026):
Applicants must submit:

• A written statement of interest
• One letter of recommendation from a teacher, school administrator, or community leader
• A parent/guardian consent letter
