In honor of Veterans Day, the Veterans Advisory Committee is organizing a card collection to be distributed to local veterans.
We invite residents, staff, and community members to drop off handwritten or store-bought cards at the Doylestown Township Building during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Cards will be accepted until Thursday, November 6, and then shared with veterans in our community as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for their service.
Additionally, you can recognize and celebrate the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country by contributing to the Veterans flag pole.
How to Participate:
- Purchase Your Inch: Contribute $25.00 to purchase one inch of the flagpole.
- Honor or memorialize a Veteran: Dedicate your inch to a veteran by name, acknowledging their service and sacrifice
- Join Us in Raising the Flag: Be part of a meaningful tribute by participating in the installation of the new flagpole.
How to Contribute:
Online:
- Click Here to Donate on the Township website. Select $25 as your donation amount.
- Check the box to dedicate your donation.
- Choose the flagpole dedication you would like.
- In the “Tribute Name” box, type the name of the veteran you would like to honor.
- Fill out the dedication form and email the completed form with proof of payment to info@doylestownpa.org
By Check:
- Mail a check to Doylestown Township, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.
- Fill out the dedication form and submit it with your check.
