Program Providers & Instructors

Do you have expertise in a certain area and want to share your skills? Whether your field is arts, fitness, sports, cooking, science, technology, or another special interest, we want to hear from you! Partner with Doylestown Township Parks & Recreation to offer your program to our community.

How It Works

1. Review the Program Provider Policy to understand how partnerships work.
2. Complete the Program Proposal Form with your program details: description, ages, dates and times, location needs, fees, and class size.
3. Submit your proposal by the deadline for the season you’d like to offer it. Email it to mflemming@doylestownpa.org or drop it off at 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.
4. We’ll review your proposal and follow up to discuss next steps.

Program Proposal Deadlines

1. Summer Season due January 29.
2. Fall Season due May 14.
3. Winter/Spring Season due August 16.

Requirements

All program providers and instructors must:

• Follow the Program Provider Policy
• Provide a current certificate of insurance naming Doylestown Township as additional insured
• Complete child abuse clearances if working with minors
