Chapman Road Bridge is Now Open with a 10-Ton Weight Limit
As of August 2nd, PennDOT directed Doylestown Township to temporarily close the Chapman Road bridge for further evaluation. After completing the assessment, the bridge has been reopened but with a 10-ton weight limit.
Please be aware that due to the current condition of the Chapman Road bridge, it is scheduled for replacement in 2025.
