Departments and Services


The Finance Department manages Township financial activities in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations promoted by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).  These activities include budget, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance claims and oversight of utility billing.

Ken Wallace, the Township Finance Director, has more than 15 years of experience with governmental and public accounting.  He attended Villanova and Delaware Valley University, and earned a Business/Accounting degree from Delaware Valley University.

The Finance Department is supported by the Township Ways and Means Committee, a group of appointed resident volunteers that meet regularly to review and discuss Township finances.  Their meeting schedule can be found here, and their publications can be found here.
