The Doylestown Township Police Department and Kutz Elementary School have been working together in the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program since 1988.  As you may know, Drug Abuse Resistance Education offers preventative strategies to enhance those protective factors - especially bonding to family, school and the community - which appear to foster the development of resiliency in young people who may be at risk for substance abuse or other problem behaviors.

Doylestown Township Police Officer William Mokriski currently serves as the department's D.A.R.E. officer.
