Registration forms can be
obtained one of the following ways:
1. Visit the 2nd floor of the Bucks County Court House on Main
Street in Doylestown.
2. Mail in a request for a registration form to:

3. Phone your request to the Bucks County Court House:

4. On the back of your driver's license there is a 1-800 number
for the PA Department of Transportation. By following the
directions prompted, a new registration can be sent to you.
5. A limited supply of forms are also available at the Township
Administration Building. Please cal 215-348-9915 to be sure the forms are
in supply.
